A classy white blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Sémillon
 & Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp  with creamy texture, tangy acidity
and flavors of melon, apple and pear.


2014 Chardonnay                                $26/bottle
  "Silver Medal"  -  2016 Jefferson Cup Competition
Made in a crisp style, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented
and aged in French Oak sur lie' without malolactic fermentation
to retain natural acidity. The wine rewards bottle aging adding
complexity.
  Aromas of pear and tropical fruit, flavors of citrus
apple and mineral, bright crisp acidity and long finish.

2014 RIELSING                                        $25/bottle
From the 30+ year old Old Church Vineyard and the 9 year old Pierce vineyard, the grapes are harvested at relatively low sugar level, barrel fermented in neutral French oak and aged for a short time on the lees resulting in a crisp dry wine with aromas of apple and flower, flavors of nectarine, pineapple and mineral, tangy acidity and alcohol of 12.7%. 45 cases produced.                   


2015 Gruner Veltliner                            $26/bottle

The clay soils of River Lane vineyard and cool Corrales nights create a wine with spicy, green apple and floral aromas and flavors of grapefruit, stone fruit and mineral followed
 by bright, crisp and tangy acidity.  Alcohol 12.8%
  50 cases produced.



ROSE of PINOT NOIR                                 $24/bottle
Made from whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged on the lees in neutral French oak barrels, the wine exhibits aromas of honeysuckle, strawberry & rose, flavors of white peach and white cherry, smooth texture and crisp acidity on a long finish.

2014 Sémillon                                              "Sold Out"
A dry crisp white wine made from Sémillon raised in the Franklin vineyard.  The wine is whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral French Oak and aged on its lees for a short time to develop a semi-rich mouthfeel.  It exhibits lime and honeysuckle in the nose, flavors of apple, lemon and melon and crisp tangy acidity. 15 cases produced, available at only at the winery


   RED WINES

CORRALES RED                                $18/bottle
An enticing blend of Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine presents aromas and flavors of red berries and currant with round texture and pleasing tannins. Aged for a minmum 10 months in French oak.

       
2012 ZINFANDEL                                       $28/bottle
Silver Medal - 2015 Jefferson Cup Competition
Made in a  Claret style, aged 17 months in fine French Oak. It has aromas of of boysenberry & pie spice, flavors of black cherry & raspberry, pleasing acidity, fine tannin and a long finish. Alcohol 13.5%, 120 cases made.


2012 SYRAH                                                  $30/bottle Grown on the warm Corrales hillside in sandy soils, barrel aged in French Oak for 21 months creating an Old World style. The wine displays aromas of black fruit, earth and leather, flavors of black berry, currant and mineral, medium tannin and a long finish.  It will reward bottle aging. 75 Cases

2010 MERLOT                                                 $27/bottle
 Gold Medal -  2015 Jefferson Cup Competition
 A Bordeaux style Merlot from an excellent 2009 vintage. After aging in French Oak barrels for three years and two years in the bottle, the wine brings forth aromas of black currant, cherry and cassis, rich flavors of black cherry, boysenberry and currant, balanced acidity and medium tannin on a long finish. Pair with grilled Salmon, Tuna, Lamb, Beef and Pork.


 

2009 CABERNET SAUVIGNON          "Sold Out"
   **Medal of American Merit** (Silver Medal)
             2015 Jefferson Cup Competition

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine was barrel aged 3 years in French oak before bottling. It has mouth filling flavors of black cherry, anise and hints of vanilla balanced with lively acidity and fine tannin along with aromas of herbs, red currant and earth.

2010 "Library" Chardonnay                  $32/bottle
The 2010 Chardonnay, now with six years of age, has benefited from 3 extra years of bottle aging and developed additional complexity. It is a classic Chardonnay in the "Old World" style with creamy texture, aromas of pear and apple, flavors of citrus, mineral and pear, crisp acidity and a long finish.
Limited availability and only at the winery. 12 cases

2009 "Old Church" Merlot                           $38/bottle
Classic Merlot from our Old Church Road Vineyard exhibiting aromas of black currant, clove, rose and cherry, rich complex flavors of black cherry, blackberry and currant all balanced with lush texture, tangy acidity, soft tannin and a long finish. The wine was aged in French Oak 2 years and bottle aged 4+ years. 70 cases produced.



 




2008 "Library"  Merlot                                 $38/bottle 
Now with 5 years of bottle aging after 2 years in fine French Oak barrels, the wine is pomegranate in color, shows spice and boysenberry in the nose, flavors of red currant and dark cherry, almost lush texture, balanced acidity, fine tannin and a long finish. Only 15 cases available and sold only at the winery tasting room.

2010 Library "Old Church" Zinfandel  "Sold Out"   
Structured and lean in its youth and now with 6 years of aging has developed complexity and richness exhibiting aromas of blackberry and pie spices, rich complex flavors of boysenberry and black cherry, balanced acidity, fine tannin and a long finish. A limited supply of 5 cases available.
